I like the tranquillity of the place but also I think we were the only guests at the property. The staff was very kind enough but we were not proactive. For example, it would be good to know what facilities we can/cannot use, what facilities are/are not working. Here are the things that we would like to comment: 1) Bike: there was only one bike. we need to rent for another bike if we wanted to get an extra one. 2) Food: we are not looking for food but I think it would be good to have basic coffee/tea. None of those available. I think the staff had to share her personal tea sachet with us. 3) Half-used shampoo & conditioner in the room.(Remember to bring your own body soap and shampoo) 4) The balcony needs a little cleaning. Overall, our stay was okay. We like the tranquility of the property and the area but there are more things that can be improved for a better customer experience.
Peaceful and quiet. The right place to just be in the moment disconnecting, if you like, from the world. Great attention. Although they need to improve their bikes cause they are useless and roosty. Everything else is ok.
